Pizza!

I found a use for last night's defunct pasta sauce. Pizza subs! They were super tasty and you should totally try them out. Plus, for bonus points, super friggin' easy. So easy certain men in the Pacific Northwest region could easily do them (you know who you are, S.).

All you have to do is slather a sliced sourdough roll with herbed butter, pop it in the oven on 375 F for a couple minutes, long enough to melt the butter, layer pepperoni slices, meat sauce, more pepperoni, and some whole milk mozzarella. Toss it back in the oven on broil, DON'T walk away, as soon as the cheese is melted and browned a bit take it out. Put the other half back on top, slice, enjoy.

Quickly, make them! Get messy hands and have tomato sauce run down your chin! It's so the in look right now.

I bet it's better than a meatball sub! ;)
Cute.

I could go for either a pepperoni pizza sub or a meatball sub. Toss on some pickled peppers and you've got a winner!
